FAQ

Opening Hours: In good weather, we are open daily from 10:00 AM. Please always check our website or Instagram Story for the latest updates before your visit.

Access & Directions: Access is only possible from the south side of the Gasteig, directly opposite the Rosenheimer Platz S-Bahn station (exit: Gasteig/Muffathalle).

Reservations: We do not take reservations. You are welcome to stop by spontaneously at any time. Also groups are welcome. 

Payment: We only accept card payments. Cash and American Express are not accepted.

Food & Drinks: Drinks are served by Kulturdachgarten. Food is offered by independent food partners, including tutu Pizza and AM.PM Burger, who manage their own menus, prices and offerings.

Weather Policy: In bad weather, the Kulturdachgarten remains closed. Please always check our website or Instagram Story for the latest updates before your visit.

Accessibility: The rooftop garden is generally accessible on foot via four flights of stairs. For guests who are unable to climb stairs, we offer an accompanied elevator service. Please report to the entrance and our team will assist you on site. Please note that the rooftop garden is not fully accessible and is not suitable for wheelchair users.

Dogs: Dogs are very welcome.

Vouchers: We currently do not offer vouchers.

Lost & Found: If you have lost something at our venue, please email us at kulturdachgarten@gmail.com with the subject line “Lost & Found”.
